Ozark Surgical Group utilizes a secure, paper-free registration and check-in system called Phreesia. When an appointment is made, we gather the patient's email address and cell phone number so that appointment reminders and patient demographic and medical questionnaires can be sent electronically. Appointment reminders allow patients to confirm appointments, request to reschedule appointments, and pay office visit co-pays directly from their mobile device.  

Patients find that this technology helps cut down on time spent filling out forms in the office. Those with no email or cell number can still use the system on one of our convenient in-office Phreesia tablets. A receptionist is available at check in to help those who need assistance.
