Frequently Asked questions:

1. How does LaserBodySculpting work?
LaserBodySculpting is performed using a very small cannula  ( or tube) approximately 1.0 mm diameter that is  inserted into the skin.  A laser fiber inserted inside of the cannula delivers energy directly to fat cells causing them to rupture and drain away as liquid. Simultaneously, tissuse around the area coagulates, resulting in overall tighter skin tissue.
2. What areas of the body can be treated?
LaserBodySculpting is ideal for the following areas:
  • Abs
  • Arms
  • Chin
  • Back Bra Fat
  • Flanks (Love Handles)
  • Inner Thighs
  • Knees
  • Male Breast
  • Outer Thighs
3. Am I a candidate?
LaserBodySculpting is meant for areas that do not respond to diet or exercise.  The perfect candidate is in good health, and of normal body weight.
4. Is there a recovery period?
LaserBodySculpting is a minimally invasive procedure which usually requires only local anesthesia.  Some light trauma can occur, but you will be able to return to work in a couple of days and resume exercise after 2 weeks.
5.When can I expect to see results?
Results can be seen immediately with continued improvement over several months
6.How many LaserBodySculpting  treatments are required?
Typically only one treatment is required. Results can be seen within a week, with continued improvement over 3 to 6 months.  A compression garment may be worn for a short period after treatment.
